Day 01

Meet Tour Leader on arrival at Kochi Airport at 07:50 AM. Later transfer to Munnar (4 hrs drive) Throughout the journey enjoy beautiful streams small waterfalls, Rubber, Pepper cardamom and Tea plantations and thick forests, God has blessed his own country with incomparable beauty. On arrival check into hotel. (Early check in is subject to availability. Check in time is 1 PM) Afternoon relax at hotel.

Bolgatty Palace:

Built by the Dutch in India, it is located in the scenic island popularly known as Bolgatty island in Kochi. One of the oldest existing Dutch palaces outside Holland, this quaint mansion, built in 1744, by Dutch traders, was later extended and lush green gardens were landscaped around it. The building was then the Governor's palace for the Dutch and later in 1909 was leased to the British. It served as the home of the British Governors, the seat of the British Resident of Cochin during the British regime. In 1947, when India gained independence, the palace became the property of the state and later converted into a heritage hotel resort.

DAY 02

Munnar:

After breakfast leave for full day sightseeings. Munnar is a nature lover's paradise with endless teagardens lakes on western ghat hills; basically it is a tea town. covering - Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai – offering a spectacular view, Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary, home of Nilgiry Thar ( very rare mountain goat), considering the ecological faunal, floral, geo- morphological and zoological significant & Tea Plantation. Later return to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 03

Thekkady:

Afrer breakfast, check out & proceed to Thekkady. ( 2 hours drive )

Thekkady is considered a heaven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and clove. The main attraction in Thekkady is boating on the lake and the Mullai Periyar Dam. Boating will take approximate 2 hours and you can also get rare glimpses of wild animals. Don’t forget to take photos. Bring a digital camera with Optical zoom to take the closer shots of the animals. Thekkady has immense possibilities for Adventure Tourism.

DAY 04

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Kochi for sightseeings.

Marine Drive:

Marine Drive is a picturesque promenade in Kochi. It is built facing the backwaters, and is a popular hangout for the local populace. Marine Drive is also an economically thriving part of the city of Kochi. With several shopping malls it is as an important centre of shopping activity in Kochi. The walkway has two contemporarily constructed bridges, the Rainbow Bridge and the Chinese Fishing Net Bridge. The view of the setting and rising sun over the sea mouth and the gentle breeze from the Vembanad Lake has made Marine Drive an important tourist destination in Kochi. Hundreds of people (both natives, and tourists) throng the walkway during the evenings.

Kerala - 05 Night /06 Days Cochin – Munnar – Thekkady – Kumarakom – Alleppey - Cochin

Day 01

Cochin - Munnar :

Arrive at Cochin International Airport – you will be met by our representative who will brief you about the tour and later you will be transferred to reach the hill station of Kerala – Munnar (140 KM / 4-5 hours) a hill station at a height of 1525 meters; Munnar offers a breathtaking view of the landscaped hills draped in folds of green carpet of tea gardens. Anamudi peak, the highest peak in South India is situated here. Munnar’s serene atmosphere, silver streams and pleasant climate welcomes you to have a whiff of the cool mountain breeze. Relax for the day.

DAY 02

Munnar:

Day at leisure or explore & visit Rajamalai, Eravikulam National Park, Tata Tea Museum & other places of interest. Rest of the day will be at leisure or you may explore the area by walk. Overnight at resort.

DAY 03

Munnar – Periyar (Thekaddy:

Today you will be driven to Thekaddy (110 KM / 3 ½ hours) set in the green hills of spice plantations and home of the Periyar Wildlife Reserve - a sanctuary for a multitude of wild elephants bears, bison, deer, boar and the great Indian Tiger. You will arrive at the plantation retreat early in the afternoon. You also get a chance to do some spice shopping if you need.
Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 04

Periyar (Thekaddy) – Kumarakom/ Alleppey (Backwater Resort):

Morning after breakfast you will be transferred to reach Kumarakom / Alleppey The enchanting backwater destination a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake in Kerela. Kumarkom / Alleppey strengthens Kerala’s reputation for being God’s own country with its unbelievably beautiful mangrove forests, coconut groves and emerald green paddy fields interspersed with enchanting waterways and canals adorned with while lillies. Upon arrival check-in to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to enjoy the Nature’s beauty on your own.

DAY 05

Alleppey - Houseboat:

Morning after you breakfast you will be driven to reach the boarding point for the ‘kettuvallam’, Houseboats of Kerala.
Enjoy a backwater cruise, The boats offer one or two cabins with a small sitting room and a crew of 2 staff and a chef. The food is authentic Kerala cuisine, purchased fresh along the way. For most of the journey, the boat is poled, sailing only between dawn and dusk.

DAY 06

Houseboat – Cochin Airport:

Today after Breakfast disembark from the houseboat and you will be transferred to Cochin International Airport / Railway Station in time to connect for your flight/Train.

Kerala - 06 Nts /07 Days Munnar 2 NT – Thekkady 1 NT – Alleppey / Kumarakom 1 NT - Kovalam 2 NT

Day 01

Cochin – Munnar (140 kms / 04 hrs drive):

On arrival meet & assistance at Cochin airport. Proceed to Munnar. On your way visit tea and spice plantations, Cheeyappara waterfalls, view point etc. Arrive Munnar and check in your hotel. Rest of the day free for your own activities. Overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 02

Munnar:

After breakfast, proceed for Munnar full day Sightseeing – Anayirangal Dam, Mattupetty Dam, Echo point, Rajamalai – where we have ERAVIKULAM National Park, you could find NILGIRI THAR, an endangered species. Anamudi the highest peak in S. India is situated in the southern region of the park. Overnight at hotel in Munnar.

DAY 03

Munnar – Thekkady (110 kms / 3 hrs drive):

After breakfast, proceed to Thekkady. Transfer to hotel & relax. Afternoon, proceed for sightseeing – The Periyar wildlife sanctuary is thick evergreen forest, declared a Tiger Reserve in 1978. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar river adds to the charm of the park. You can also do a things in Thekkady like - Boat cruises on the Periyar Lake, visit cardamom, pepper, tea & coffee plantation. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 04

Thekkady - Alleppey (160 km / 5 hrs):

After breakfast, transfer to Alleppey .Arrive Alleppey and check in to hotel. In the Evening go for sunset cruise in the Vembanadu Lake (optional - at your cost). Also Visit Alleppey beach and also shopping. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 05

Alleppey / Kumarakom – Kovalam (170 km / 4 hrs):

After breakfast, transfer to hotel at Kovalam. Later go for half day city tour covering Museum complex, Sri. Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology museum, Veli tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

DAY 06

Kovalam:

Full day free at the resort for Ayurveda treatment and enjoy the resort facilities or Visit to Kovalam Beach. This internationally renowned beach has been a favorite Haunt of tourists since the 1930s. Kovalam consists of three adjacent crescent Beaches. The southernmost as the light house beach, is the most popular. Overnight at hotel in Kovalam.

Day 07

Trivandrum / Cochin Drop:

After breakfast check out the hotel and drop at Trivandrum airport / Railway Station.
